Dotson Architects offers architectural and planning services for single family residential and commercial clientele. Projects are undertaken locally, regionally and nationally.

Mr. Dotson has over thirty four years of experience in providing professional services for the planning, design and construction of program, residential and commercial facilities throughout nine states. Prior to starting his own practice, Mr. Dotson worked for several firms, including the Chicago firms of Nagle Hartray, and Schroeder Murchie. Mr. Dotson holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Kent State University. He is a Registered Architect in Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio and Kentucky, a Certificate Holder of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, and a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP). . Mr. Dotson has also served on the Board of Directors of the Council for Disability Rights, where he chaired the Access Committee.
